At no point will any of your data be sent to anyone or anywhere other than the sofabaton API link. The default URL can be changed, so you can control if or when it gets sent anywhere else. But I will never have any of the information you enter into the app or pass into the app phone home to any server or system without CLEARLY stating it is occurring.
